By accessing or using Infinite Protection’s website and services (SaferNet, ZED, and compliance tools), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Use of Services

You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

3. Authorized Scanning

You may only run vulnerability scans and penetration tests against assets you own or are explicitly authorized to test. Unauthorized scanning of third-party systems is strictly prohibited.

4. Subscriptions and Billing

Paid plans are billed in accordance with the pricing displayed at checkout. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled. Billing is managed through the SaferNet ecosystem.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and software associated with Infinite Protection remain our property or that of our licensors and may not be copied or reused without permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

Our services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Infinite Protection shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the services.
